Job description
1. Addressing customer queries via email and providing solutions.
2. Managing tasks such as Agreement drafting and handling demand letters for customers.
3. Generating various MIS reports, including estimates of outstanding collections.
4.All Post Sales activities.
Required Candidate profile
Candidates should possess Min 4-5 years of experience in CRM within the real estate industry, preferably with prominent brands.
